วิธีการรับประทาน
ผสมมิวแทนท์ แมส 2 Scoop (140 กรัม) ในน้ำเปล่าเย็น 480 มิลลิลิตร เขย่าด้วยแก้วเชคให้เข้ากัน รับประทานวันละ 1 ครั้ง
